Fees, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

At the Procovo Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that are both accessible and valuable. Because our programs include immediate access to intellectual property—such as on-demand courses, e-books, and digital resources—we maintain the following policy regarding fees, refunds, and cancellations:

1. General Fee Policy

  • All course and resource fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise specified through a written agreement or authorised payment plan.

  • Fees cover the cost of accessing proprietary content, educational resources, and learning platforms. Once access has been granted, you are considered to have commenced participation.

2. Refunds for Digital and On-Demand Products

  • Non-Refundable Access: Because digital products (on-demand courses, webinars, e-books, and downloadable materials) provide instant access to proprietary intellectual property, refunds are generally not available.

  • Technology and Internet Issues: Please note that Procovo Institute is not responsible for participant technology limitations or internet connectivity problems. If you are unable to access a webinar, course, or resource due to such issues, refunds cannot be provided.

3. Requests for Refund or Credit

We recognise that circumstances may arise where participants feel a course has not met their expectations. In these cases, you may submit a request for consideration of a refund or credit toward another course. To do so:

  • Submit your request in writing to [email protected].

  • Include a detailed explanation of your concerns, describing what aspects of the course did not meet your expectations.

All requests will be carefully reviewed and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors we may consider include, but are not limited to:

  1. Course engagement: the percentage of the course that has been completed.

  2. Usage patterns: the number of times you have logged in to the course platform.

  3. Peer and participant feedback: broader evaluations and satisfaction data from other learners in the same program.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or credit. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Procovo Institute and are final.

4. Cancellations and Transfers

  • Before Access: If you enrol in a live event or course that has not yet commenced, cancellations made prior to access being granted may be eligible for a partial credit or transfer, depending on the timing and circumstances.

  • Transfers: Where possible, we may allow a transfer of your enrolment to another upcoming course or an equivalent program. Such transfers are subject to availability and approval by Procovo Institute.

5. Commitment to Fairness

While our primary policy is that digital and on-demand learning products are non-refundable, we are committed to fairness and to supporting the learning journeys of our participants. If genuine concerns are raised, we will review them thoughtfully and, where appropriate, seek to find a resolution such as credit toward future training.
